This is a lovely and well-written poem. Rhyming poetry is my favorite and you have done a fantastic job with this poem. It is hard to enjoy life while so many are suffering but there is little we can do about it. We need to enjoy what we have and be grateful for it.

Very lovingly penned poem.
The horror in Ukraine is so
heartbreaking, a nightmare.
I wish you the best of luck in
the contest. This poem surely
looks like a contender to me.

This is a sweet, simply worded poem extolling the beauties of Nature . It neve ceases to amaze me, how people can be blind to the calming effect that appreciating Nature has on the Human spirit. This little poem has it all, speaking of waterfalls, birdsong, flowers and fresh, green grass. In short lines and small four line verses it presents its message. Well done cheers Cass

the beauty of all thins.

A lovely poem full of appreciation for God's creations in nature. Like you say, just looking at them helps to take our minds off the horror created by Putin. At least for a little while.
I'm afraid, for me, it doesn't take my mind off of the horrible mess our current administration has gotten the USA into. He closed down our pipeline and then buys oil from our enemies. Just to mention one thing.
But your poem won All Time Best. Congratulations, and also for being recognized.

A beautiful reminder of the important things of life are written in this joyful poem. The beauty of each day that God has made for us to enjoy - reminding us of how fortunate we are.
Thank you for sharing.
Blessings

What an uplifting poem and reminder of all that it is good to be grateful for in this world of ours, particularly in these dark times. You remind me of that lovely hymn, All Things Bright and Beautiful

This is a lovely poem. I would like to see this as an entry in the poem of the month.
Its beauty is in its simplicity. No exuberant plot, or built for splendour. Just a lovely read that reminds of the beauty of nature, and the wonders of silent thought.
Well done.
My best wishes.

Willie,
This is something I try to remember every day. I marvel at a blade of grass and a Creator who put everything together to work perfectly. The sheer abundance of life is overwhelming to contemplate, and then when one thinks how it is all woven together it becomes incomprehensible, everything fine tuned to perfection.

This is such a beautiful poem (I don't have any more 6-star reviews to give this week or I would)! It is so well written - a lovely rhyming flow, a positive point of view, and it's just long enough. Wonderful read.
