The parameters are daunting. I haven't a luce what purpose they serve.
Still, you've met the challenge and delivered a clear and concise sentence, as instructed. Proving that no amount of reining in will stop the free-range muse! I smile to see this listed as non-fiction. It is true, for we believers. Atheists? Not so much!

God creates absolutely unique (what?)
God gifts everything that man needs for survival, (this should stop here as it is a complete sentence.)
The rest are also complete sentence that (grammatically) should be separated.
Mystery writer. This is a writing site. It is wrong to ask reviewers to pretend conventional writing rules do not apply.

God gifts everything that man needs for survival, (this should stop here as it is a complete sentence.)
The rest are also complete sentence that (grammatically) should be separated.

A couple things I see... the very first part God creates absolutely unique ... that's not really a full thought. As for the rest, it's several sentences smashed in to one, separated by commas,, which is not proper grammar.
I think you did fairly well given the constraints, but it needs some work. Best of luck to you!
