Ah yes, it's that time of the year when anyone who is actually Irish gets very offended by loads of misconceptions about their country and heritage...
Never in my life have I heard the expression 'Irish day'.
Corned beef isn't of Irish origin either. Nor Cookies (biscuits)
No doubting the drinking and music though. It's all good craic.
