Yeah, let's get our priorities straight! lol! I enjoyed it. Loved the pace. No time to get bored and weighed down with your quick prose. Lots of wit and humor. Having worked in law enforcement at one time, if I remember correctly, you must have heard enough stories to keep you going for a lifetime. Hope you and the family are all well, Bob. Great little story. Love how it flows and the imagery of the police officer becoming increasingly frustrated with the situation he had really created for himself is spot on. More please.

This is a great story line and kept me transfixed from beginning to end. You unraveled the real story in a manner that kept just making the situation worse. I had a great deal of empathy the poor desk officer, although police don't deal with a lot of cases involving intellectual property. The pen name was a nice inclusion, as was the book title. Great entry.
