Why don't Katherine and Gabriel go ahead and get married so he can be with her all the time? I know they will sooner or later. Now begins the awful time for Katherine. With all her loved ones around, she has plenty of support.

Wonderful connection between all the people involved. I love that. Too bad all families weren't as lucky as these seem to be. Loved the story and am looking forward to the next chapter.

I'm glad that you followed through my suggestion to focus more on Katherine's cancer. Chemo wasn't fun for her and she had so much support from her kids and her boyfriend Gabriel who still wanted to marry her. It's very moving.
