I enjoyed reading. Putin is former KGB. I fear he's evil but not stupid. I enjoyed reading. Keep an eye on your puncutation.
He heard a knock, "come in," (period after 'knock' & capital 'c' on 'come' & period after 'in')
"Da! My Fifi," (period needed after 'Fifi')
"Fifi? That sounds French," (period after 'French')
I followed up and discovered the horse died last year," (period after 'year')
"You. Allowed. This. To. Happen? You are most fortunate we are a new, gentle Russia," (period after 'Russia')

And this part was very funny too

Traditionally, it's either intents OR double line breaks. I think indents are falling out of vogue. I suggest just sticking with the double line breaks.
now famous -- this is being used a compound adjective, so I would write it as: now-famous
Sentences in English ought to end with a period. I won't point out any particular sentences as there are several.
"Did you know they make fun of my name, call me Putain, which means whore in French" <= This is seriously funny. (no correction needed, lol)
"shoot him, then get me Lebedev and Lavrov <= you need an end quote here

This is very cleverly written, particularly since Katherine the Great died while they were lowering a horse onto her and the rope broke. Poor Putin would not have been the first Russian leader to engage in cross-species gratification. Caligula stopped short of marrying his horse but had it invite people to dinner and tried to make it a consul.
