Not sure I agree with the premise. People look at things in different ways. A personal view may be unique. However, that said, I believe your little poem expresses the feelings many writers have at sometime or another.

Thank you for your kind review and generous rating. I share your view about the premise. I was simply using what my father always told me every time I asked him to read something I had written. He always said "Don't waste your time with trying to be a writer. Everything that can be said has already been said by people who write far better than you." His was just ONE person's view... so I agree with you completely.

Yes this is just about how it is really, re writing and the 'why' of it - yet on we go and keep tapping out those sentiments of fear and love and beauty - so glad we do - thanks for sharing

You have put your finger on why most writers feel the need to do it - writing and self expression come from the heart.
Every person's experience is unique, so I personally feel there is always something new to say from a different viewpoint.
