This is another interesting chapter to your book, Now we have another angel joining the group. Satan doesn't know where they are going but he is sure they plan to cross the bridge into Arkansas. It will be interesting how they outsmart him at the bridge.

Chapter Ten in "The Walkers" is tough to organize cerebrally without more context, but it's clear enough that the struggle is between Satan and his host and a mixed group of angels and humans who strive to triumph over Satan. Satan lives amid a chaos of evil beings whom he can order as soldiers. Even without more context, the story held my interest. It's challenging to read a small portion of a book and comment intelligently; one of the main things a reader can do is answer whether the excerpt he or she read grabbed and held interest, or what I prefer to call engagement. So Chapter Ten lacked the dramatic hooks that might have made it more engaging, perhaps by more dramatic insights into what is different about individual characters and their personalities, and more development of the evolving strategies of good and evil.

Our war is a spiritual one, not of flesh and blood, but one with spiritual principalities: Satan and his demons demons, and lords of the dark world who live in high places. This is where the battle is and you've depicted it so well with your vivid character descriptions.
Our Lord Jesus Christ is victor over all, and these evil spirits are subject to Him and His powerful name. It's good to see these characters walk in victory! Loving this and will try to catch up.
My eyesight loss continues and it's very hard for me to review these days. I promise to try.
