Having an attitude of 'hopeful vigor' is the best way to approach life. I, too, wonder how people get by without hope. Your poem is well constructed, showing a great attitude, and the lively illustration is very appropriate.

Who am I to criticize but re-read line one syllabically?
It has but eight syllables where the nonet needs nine to begin.
Easily fixed by augmenting hopeful with (ly) and moving it before full, using it as an adverb (hopefully) or finding a more comfortable word for hopeful with three syllables such as spirited. You can edit this even after it has been released if you dare. If it had nine syllables there, it would have been a perfect nonet and given an extra star.

Thank you so much for your watchful eye. My Verse Perfect counter didn't even catch that one. I have made the change. If you don't mind, could you give me your opinion about my update? I'm not after praise or stars... only your seasoned input. Thank you so much.

Perhaps, the edit has no effect on what was transmitted as it reads the same, and yet I myself have done editing on some pieces and they show then and there but again... perhaps unchanging the original. You did swell. If you have a way to copy and paste what you see, I'd like to see it.
