Well you followed all the requirements of the contest. I wasn't quite sure what Lucifer was doing and how that connected to Moses parting the Red Sea. But you do have the 21 words and three sentences - a very challenging restriction! Best wishes in the contest!

I am getting slower by the second and every time I think I have a handle on being polite and telling everyone how much their efforts and words mean to me (truly mean to me) I discover I have just fallen further behind. I appreciate that people actually enjoy what spills from my aging brain and couldn't find more happiness than sharing my writing. I thank you for your time and thoughts.

I think I talk too much to be able to do anything with a twenty-one word prompt. But you accomplished an entire story with great imagery, especially in the final sentence, "Angels sang at Heaven's door." Best wishes in the contest.
