This is an excellent 5-7-5 poem for the contest
with a great message from the volcano to human
relations. The longer things are pent up,
the worse it gets.
Well done.

So true! I think you expressed this extremely well

I would have titled this Volcano. But I agree that Heated is more specific to the process of simmering emotion
