It's hard to do a Nonet, hard to get a good triangle shape - and definitely hard to put in rhymes as well, even if there is no pattern - so well done. Best wishes for your fine entry.

Thank you, Wendy. I'm so glad you liked my poem. I agree that nonets are harder than they look! (I've posted another nonet called "Life (With Nonet)" if you'd like to take a look.

I like the symmetry of your presentation and how you have integrated the nonet amidst the attractive illustration you have chosen. I also enjoyed the sentiment expressed. In addition, the random rhyme appearances also make your poem appealing.

You did a great job with your contest entry. I really like its presentation, The image is perfect with your words embedded in it. The touches of rhyme add interest to an already great theme that well expressed with your thoughts and feelings. Great job with the syllable count per line.
Best wishes in the contest.
Respectfully, Jan

There is a musical feel and flow to your words. I like the image of the two doves awhirl, it adds to the feel of your words. Excellent poetic form and a feel for love comes through clearly.

Although this is a simple poem it speaks volumes. It reminds me of old souls and true soulmates. It flows nicely and reads well. Thank you for sharing your perspective of love.

Thank you for reading this little ditty, Heather, and for the stars. Definitely old souls! We were married 45 years.

Very nice, and very romantic, and as we approach Valentines, very appropriate. I'll have to have a go at a nonet, they seem like fun to write. Thank you for sharing this enjoyable read.

Thank you for reading and commenting. (Is it pk?) Oh, and for the stars, too! They are fun to write. I think they're a little tricky because they tend to sound choppy if you're not careful. But give one a go--you never know.

You've done a great job combining the graphics with the poem. It's a simple message, but has been true since the days of Adam and Eve, and you've presented it very poetically. Well done.

Thank you, Susan. Graphics is not my strong suit, if I even have a strong suit! I made a slight edit because I wasn't happy with beat, so I quickened it with beating. Thanks so much for the pretty stars.
