This is absolutely beautiful. What a lovely tribute to your mom.beautuful flow and rhyme scheme. Makes me think of my mom lost her two years ago. She loved her gardening as well. Very proud over her flowers. well done.

The rhymes do not seem forced. Your poem flows well. It draws on emotions and it presents strong images.
I like the heartfelt story about your mom. It's sad but you will always have her with you in your heart.
