Hi Jay, I am so glad you found the love of your life and that it lasted. It is not always so. Twice I've been married, very many years each time but on both occasions we grew too much apart and was better off going our separate ways. I liked your poem a lot. Ulla:)))

This is a beautiful poem, especially the final two lines, "And when our time on earth is through-We'll start our after life anew." My spouse and I have been married 50 years and the thoughts of an after life anew is calming and reassuring. Thanks for sharing.
