I have just finished drinking my midmorning coffee as I read your Cascade poem. It's funny how we get used to our little daily rituals. Nicely explained in this poem jake. Just one thing, your final line, strict to the rules, should be the final line of verse one, and that would work perfectly.

You did a good job with this, but your second stanza, last line should be a complete repeat of your very first line of the poem. I like your daily rituals starting with coffee, then tea, and finally wine in the evening. I like a small glass of wine before bedtime.

And whisky with the rising moon. That would complete a bevy of beverages. But what about a hot chocolate, mid morning or a nightcap of Horlicks or Bourne-Vita at bedtime. Perhaps some of those are not available in Korea.

Horicks and bourne-vita are not available locally the imported beer list is much better than it used to be as well as wine but it is hard to find vermouth, bitters and decent rum.
