good story, title and ending.
Maddeningly unthinking sisters (to put it mildly) and the brother didn't use his head (to think) either.
Story moved along well with a great last line.
Very good entry.

Thanks so much! A great review. When the first accident happened he was not yet two, and the second one when he was only four, so he probably at that stage still trusted his big sisters! The third was modified ... and the skydiving was fiction, lol. Thanks so much for your comments. Appreciated.

Your stories about what go wrong are excellent. My question is did Dan use the voucher for a tandem sky-diving?

Hi Gert, Thanks for a wonderful review! The answer is that that was fiction! Lol.

so it was fiction I read it like it was what really took place.

The first two accidents were non-fiction. The grass carting was part fact and part-fiction, the sky diving bit was fiction. So a bit of a mix. Lol.

Indeed!
Excellent writing. Great work.
Anna and Bella need to be watched.
In my case in was closer to - "Hey Mom! Watch this."
Good luck in the contest.

Lol. What a great review. Several bits were true, others were fiction. But life was never dull! Many thanks.

Lol! Oh my goodness! I think Dan figured out that his sisters had it out for him and it's a miracle he survived until adulthood! I liked your refrain of "What could possibly go wrong?" after each mishap and at the end!
Hope you do well in the contest!

Thanks so much. Some of this was true, other bits were fiction. But yes, one needs to always ask the question ... Thanks too for your good wishes.

This guy seems somewhat accident prone. I would definitely advise againnst sky diving atvthis point in time. There are far too many things that could go wrong. This one grabbed my attention out of sheer curiosity - what next?

Great story for the prompt, Wendy!!!!! I love your storytelling ability. Poor brother was always being prodded into the daredevil role!!!!!!! I liked the repetition of the refrain--what could go wrong?

I just had to burst into laughter, trusting these girls, Anna and Bella a lot of pain, angst and distress in his young life, skydiving, what could possibly go wrong? I'd run a million miles away if I were he, I'd fly to another planet, sheesh, beautifully written Wendy, good luck, blessings Roy

Super story - I loved it. Terrific build up then a punchy last line, now that we know something definitely WILL go wrong. Those sisters are dangerous to be around. Poor Dan is a marked man in more ways than one.

I absolutely loved this. Poor Dan, to be so accident-prone when at the mercy of his roguish sisters. The ending was unexpected, and extremely witty. I hope he turned down the birthday gift!! Thank you for sharing this piece of fun. If this is a competition piece, best of luck with it. :-)
PK.
