Very nice! Love how you worked "spring" into the poem --a seasonal reference with dual meaning! Great photo as well to accompany. Clear and concise 5-7-5 Haiku. I don't know about you, but I'm ALREADY ready for spring!

Thank you very much.In South India (where I live) there is hardly any winter. I read about severe winters and snowfall in US and Europe. I have never seen snow in my life.! So it is a subject of great fascination for me. But my relatives have told me that winter is no fun...So they come to India during Dec Jan .Hope you will get your spring soon.

Well come on over (post pandemic) and visit me here in New England! You'll see more snow than you ever wanted to! I'd love it!

Very nice poem with brilliant imagery. The accompanying photo is very nice. Many of us are so excited to see the first spring flowers after a long winter. Very nicely written.

I enjoyed reading your Haiku club entry. I especially enjoyed the last line, 'life springs once again'. It sure does as part of God's plan. He is so awesome. Thank you for sharing.

hi there,
I like this. The subtle personification of the snowdrop reminded me of peeking from the bed covers on a cold winter morning. It's familiar and comforting imagery. It's also a hopeful thing, which is nice in the current climate.
Good job

Mmm, snowdrops are so far away, but I do appreciate the gracious personification in your poem :"
snowdrops take a peek
to see if winter has left
life springs once again".
Thank you for sharing and good luck with your writings.
