There is a lot of emotion behind this and it comes through really strongly. Every so often you come across something that is really meaningful on here, and structure and rhyme and punctuation then don't really matter as the purpose of the poem shines through. Nothing wrong with all of this in your poem, just that when reading you get carried through it by the emotion rather than a reviewer - this is what good poetry is.
