A very good entry in the contest. Your poem does a good job in acknowledging the work of those who are responsible for many of the beautiful things in life.

I'm glad you enjoyed this short one that highlights the joy of discovering more than what meets the eye - in our gardens, and in our lives. Thank you for reading and sharing your thoughts.

Wonderful use of the garden and the flowers to emphasis a message for life. I often think about the green behind all the colours, one day I'd like a garden that is just green so that it is really appreciated like the flowers are. I still get excited when I find ladybugs, etc. when gardening.

Your lovely poem makes me long to get out into my garden and explore the tiny world that surrounds my blossoms... but, instead we are looking for 2-5 inches of snow that will add even another layer on top of that microscopic level of our world. Great job and good luck.

Such wise and perceptive words, June!
How I follow your advice everytime I am out and about in my gardens!
I attempt to do so among "human" gardens as well! :)
Thank you for sharing!
