We had to crawl under desks for what we later found out was a Cuban Missile Crisis. At some point we had to sit on the floor against the wall away from windows, kind of hard to do in a school. You make some good points. Well written

This is six worthy and truly you're very best, Earl! Please tell Doo, that I'm sorry. He remains second though. Right now, I think I'd rather be in the cabin with Doo (AKA, my hubby) rustling up some dinner. Life is harder than it has ever been and our way of life, corrupted.
I was just thinking about my brother Steve, a Green Beret who had survived three hours of Vietnam and died of Agent Orange related cancer. I heard about the Domino Effect early on, listening to him around the family table. Now, we have Communists sucking the life out of us, denying our constitution and guaranteed rights. I'm sick for sure, and it's not from Covid.
Sending you my best today as always, blessings and comforts for Christmas, relief and cheer, this year,

I saw the result of Communist rule in East Germany and Korea. It's a short step from socialism to communism.
