I'm glad Tony's gone, but the story isn't really over, is it? The two that are 'more evil' still live, and they have their eye on Sally. Good thing they're suspicious of Whitehead. This has been an enjoyable read. I can't wait to see what you have planned next.

Hello Sal.

Ana escaped in a close call with the bomb, however, it was the last call for Tony. That bit of tension is solved for sure. Alfanzi and Izard both met their fate in different, but permanent, ways. You resolved the danger with Toney in a surprise event. It seems like there may be a sequel because of some of the other conflicts.

Wonderful wrap-up and you brought us back to Olivia where this book started and now she's completed reconnected with her past and she has hope for her future, too! Good ending for Tony and great show put on by Analiese!

Thank you for the super six and kindest compliments, Geoff dear. It means the world to me. No spags? A Christmas miracle, for sure. May God bless you both real good at Christmas and always.

The Epilogue will be the first Sunday in January, hopefully.
    Merry Christmas!!

Chapter 30 is a satisfying end to both the cold case and its consequent suspense caused by Tony Alfanzi's criminal activities. It is fitting that Alfanzi is obliterated by even nastier criminals already known to us. as Tony was about to lure Ana onto his boat to go shark fishing, probably with her as bait. Ana's ability to see through his plot saved her for Ken to marry -- a heartwarming outcome.

Meanwhile, you have set us up to want your next book, as the two new villains may be more dangerous than Alfanzi in pursuit of your uncle's legacy of both valuable paintings and diamonds.

In the last section, the cold case ends well too, as Olivia Henry -- formerly missing person, Camille Jean-Baptiste -- finds closure in the package containing both a check to fund repentant Eugene Izzard's daughter Danielle's college costs and Camille's mother's saxophone, which she had thought was long gone. Forgiving Eugene posthumously releases all her pent up anguish, just as it should.

Superb, and aptly illustrated.

Thank you for the marvelous review and super stars, Mike. I'm delighted you enjoyed the end and the lead into my next book. I appreciate you so much. It's been another difficult week of overwhelming fatigue. I'm going to the doctor on Tuesday to have blood drawn.

Our Christmas is spread out this year but we have three days together with our grandchildren. Most likely, I will post the Epilogue in January. I am glad to finish strong this year and thank you for everything. I have another Jukebox Hits post before Christmas and that will be it, I think. Contests always sneak up on me, so I can't be sure.

Sending you my best today as always,
    Sal :))

You are most welcome, Sal. Despite the computer problems I'm having here, I'm pleased to have been able to help you in timely manner to catch the errors your equipment makes. Even so, I see significant improvement in your technical writing skills. The rest is all you -- the story, its smooth flow, the details putting the reader into the scene, the suspense, the effective juggling of multiple story threads, the occasional humor, and the love and faith evident in all you write. I look forward to reading and reviewing many more posts by you.

Enjoy your holiday time with your family, and I hope you'll fully recover from whatever is draining your energy. :)) -- Mike

The closing of another book with a promise of more to come... You've done an excellent job of bringing the reader along for an outstanding ride. I believe our girl has more waiting for her behind the scenes with the pictures, but I am thrilled for having Dani's medical schooling paid for. Awesome!

Hugs, Carol

Well we've seen the last of Tony Alfanzi, but is sounds like you're still in trouble, Sally. Someone wants you wealth. :) This is another fine chapter, bringing this book toward the end.

Isn't it nice that Olivia received money from Eugene Izzard, so that Dani's medical school can be paid for, she forgives, that's a bonus. Tony Izzard is killed by a bomb that Analiese manages to escape from, into the waiting arms of Ken. An excellent series Sally, blessings Roy

The bomb came as a surprise! But at least it put an end to that awful Tony. I think he was on to Ana, and that's why he suggested shark hunting. There seem to be coming about all those paintings.
