Hello Brian,
I suppose we all wish we could go back to the good ol' days. In many ways the way things were seemed better than what we have now. I remember the 80's and 90's, but they didn't stand out to me in particular. I'm sure there were many good things that came from them, no doubt things were better than what we have now. However, I lived in the fifties and sixties, when people weren't confused about where they stood. There was a love of country and family and God. We were not too long done with WWII and the future looked bright. It's hard to say where we may go as a country in the future, but I'm sure that if things don't turn around soon, it won't be a place any of us really want to be.
Have a blessed evening.
Tom

I am going to rate you five stars, because I believe your message about needing to come together in some way is very important. I am not sure how old you are, but I do remember the 80's and 90's very well. They were not simple, and the political divide was wide. Reagan was President and he could not get anything passed in Congress thanks to Tip O'Neil. Hugh deficits for the time. In the 90's Perot ran as a strong 3rd party candidate and Clinton was impeached. But keep up the good thoughts.
