I wholeheartedly agree with this. I would just consider changing a couple things on your verb tenses at the end. No this could be semantic depending on whether you want to emphasize discipline versus ambition. If the latter, avoid the "ing" where possible, because it is more passive. I suspect this is consistent with the message you are trying to send.
And sans <= this is a bit of an odd word to use here. It generally means without, but in a commodity context, when the assumption is that it would come with it, like grapes sans seeds. Maybe your piece would be stronger omitting this entire phrase?
"proceed forward
focusing on the main aim,
and giving our best, time and again!" - something like that.

Those who would do little sometimes claim it to be God's will, so no need to achieve, or whatever happens, however tragic or avoidable, suddenly also becomes God's will.
