Nice Rictameter. I read them all as it's time for voting. Some real nice entries there but this one resonated most with me. The muse sends words to run like sand through my fingers... Nothing like an inspiration to fill up an hour or two of my day. Benefit? Long after I am gone it is my hope my words will remain! Great job! You've got my vote!

I'm not familiar with the form, but I'm intrigued by it. I like this poem. It certainly captures the relentless march of time. Whatever time is, we all move along with it in our own way. Writing is one of those ways. Thanks for sharing and I'll remember this poem as the first of its kind I've encountered. Great choice of art work by the way.

I understand what you're getting at here, and you did a great job in (mostly) getting the syllables right, but I feel as though this rictameter loses it's focus towards the end

Dear TOmatO21, thank you for your review and comments, did I get some of the syllables wrong? Could you give me some feedback about how I could make it focus better at the end? Dove

Pretty picture and pretty words. An interesting and soft feeling entry into the contest. I notice time passing every time I see myself in a store window as I walk by. It ain't fun.
