Great questions with this piece. I thought the last line of your poem" Believing lies has become a fine art" was a perfect way to tie the obvious facts that the media has been very deceptive with the way they have presented their perspectives on the Corona Virus. Wonderful work with this .

An interesting and timely poem about the condition of our world today. I'm glad that all my children are grown and I don't have to decide for them about the vaccine. Will this craziness ever end? Best of luck in the contest.

This is extremely clever, starting with the sentence describing the title (although the overkill in explanation was a bit much). There was no forcing in the use of the words. No, it all flowed extremely smoothly, and the story was good. Wonderful!

You raise some very pertinent questions. As you say, how many more? But what can we do? We have to rely on the experts. The latest news seems to be that Omicron is a very mild strain.

Kudos for calling out reality. People are making fortunes out of keeping us in fear. Small businesses gone. Big businesses at all-time highs. Big Pharma raking in billions for questionable vaccines. Fauci halting use of cheap, effective, treatments and cures. We are living in a corrupt world dominated by a single incompetent, but greedy, bureaucrat. People are starting to wake up. We need full exposure of the inner workings of our health agencies and there partners in Big Pharma, and toadies in academia.
