This is a fine poem about anxiety, which can easily ruin a person's whole life. I liked it all, but it was the end that gave me the most pause for thought:
does it end well? I'm scared to turn the page.
It must be truly horrible to be that scared of life.

Strong rhymes include life and strife, as well as rage and page.
Using "dark" to color this brings out the despair.
Living in constant fear of everything would be a difficult row to plow.

This poem, The Other Side of Light, uses the required words and provides a character sketch of someone restrained from confident exchanges with others. This anxiety may be chemical or built up since childhood. I always had success with speech classes which bring us to the eventual realization that the fear is unfounded.

A very well constructed poem and the words are used so smoothly that they are well integrated and did not seem forced at all. I thought your theme was well developed and the rhyme effective and the rhythm and metre also. Sending you best wishes for your entry.

This is a wonderful, honest and exposed piece of poetry that really resonates with me. You have provided a graceful glimpse into a difficult topic, using the required words seamlessly. The rhyme and meter, too, flow perfectly, allowing almost a stream of consciousness approach - though a very articulate consciousness. This is very well done. Don't be! When the rays of hope reach you, the sheet of fear shall lift itself and a better life shall greet you.
I loved the flow of your poem and the words you had chosen. It is a well-thought-out poem. I liked the conclusion in particular.

The only thing I would change before voting starts on this contest would be the color of your font; making it easy to read helps encourage the reader to stick with a piece. Other than that, you've worked with your meter and your rhyme admirably, and you should be proud of yourself for producing something so solid. As far as content matter, I'd strongly encourage you to find someone online who can offer you some guidance and wisdom on self-help, and who might even be able to prescribe some temporary relief from anxiety and depression, which so many of us suffer under on a daily basis. Good luck to you, and remember: only you can change the course of your life.

This is so touching. You worked all the words in lovely and even put a picture on how a person can feel inside. Makes us wonder will it ever end. Hiding behind a mask can drive you crazy. Good luck.
