This 1-6-1, Winter Beauty, has the right set up and creates a scene of snowy bliss where the chill and bother of snow becomes its positive aspect.

You have chosen a beautiful image to support your words, and the presentation colours are perfect. You have captured the beauty of the snow in your few words also! Best wishes for your lovely entry.

Great entry for the 1-6-1 writing prompt contest. Good syllables count
Good syllables count and connection between lines for a better flow.
The rhymes don't seem forced.
Good luck in the contest.

It's not too often I review a 1-6-1 poem that can make three lines rhyme. Very nice job. Good luck in the contest. Stay safe and stay healthy. Have a great holiday season

Thank you Earl that means a lot coming from such an exceptional poet as yourself 🙂

If I had to pick a fault here, it would be that neither the artwork or the first two lines (or the title for that matter) suggests that there is a storm or strong wind blowing...
Mind you I can't come up with a more suitable word without changing the whole thing...
Show
soft iridescent glow
Snow???

There doesn't have to be a storm for snow to blow. a little wind can blow snow around that was my thought. Thank you. 😊

This is an excellent 1-6-1 poem for the contest
with the three rhymes and marvelous imagery.
I prefer no snow these days, but enjoyed it when younger.
Good luck in the contest.

Lovely 1-6-1 entry here, mystery writer. We are just getting to the snowy months in my neck of the woods, so we have this to look forward to for many weeks ahead. One suggestion here would be to find an image that matches the beautiful imagery you've created in your lines. Picture or not, this is a well-constructed poem. Good luck in the contest!
