Very sensitive. You obviously like your characters. They are warm and very human. An interesting relationship seems to be developing here. It is a nice contrast to the war in the background. I like the poetry inserts. They give the prose a certain charm which would not otherwise exist in the writing.

I thought you did a great job with this chapter. You could feel his need to give comfort to her. I thought the descriptions of that was well conveyed. Excellent writing and an enjoyable read.

Your writing skills are extraordinary.
I really enjoy how you have Karsa narrating the story.
The imagery you have created is strong; felt like I was there.
I love the natural flow of dialogue and the thought process of the characters.
The story line fascinates me ... good versus evil.
