Hi Sally,
With the wedding coming up, I think we're closing in on the Grand Finale. I doubt that Tony will spoil things. He's got his million dollars, and a sailboat. If he's smart, he'll vamoose. Exit, Stage right! I was thinking that Spencer Whitehead would kill him.
But bottom line, there's no way you're going to let Mr. Alfanzi get away. So my guess is one last attempt on the Blind Girl's life. And Jackson will be the hero.
Nicely penned! Fine writing, as usual.
Hugs,
Kimbob

It's exciting feeling there is another shoe to drop yet. The Angel of Death couldn't be a spirit as the rest of the story is true-to-life. I'm figuring one of the cast is doing double-duty as a loose-ends-taker-carer-of. My money is currently on Pastor Henry.

I'm fifty reviews behind after my three-day stint in the hospital, but I'm doing my best to catch up. I apologize for the quickie cookie-cutter review and hopefully things will we be back to normal soon. Thanks for sharing.

I love a story that concludes with a wedding...especially when it is not the final chapter of a book and more excitement is to come. I also like the mention of a gifted dog to be trained for policework. Nicely done, Sally! xo

Oh-oh, I'm afraid Tony will not be able to resist showing up at that wedding. He'll be planning on showing up a few other places he's not welcome too. Hope they catch him soon.

I'm continuing to enjoy this story. It is full of new intrigue and just when some things seem to be working out, something else happens. You make everything seem so real with great dialogue and a plot that keeps us coming back for more. Excellent writing.

Oh, Sally - I had hoped to read this from the beginning, but time is like a run-away horse and keeps bucking me off. This part is fascinating. I Iove that you are the main character!! This was so good that I will lasso that horse and get him to take me to the beginning of the story!! Good stuff...

Superb post, Sal, with loads going on. I don't know, but I can't see Tony Alfanzi showing up now he has that million dollars in his bank. He's away free and wouldn't want to be caught and put back in prison. The wedding will go ahead fine, I think!! I'm glad Ken will be joining them now. Well done, Sal, another excellent chapter! :)) Sandra xxx

I'll be on holiday from next Monday through to the 5th December, so I'll haave to catch up when I get back, unless you post this Sunday. xxxx

Thank you for the lovely review and generous stars, dear Sandra. I?m delighted! Thank you for letting me know about your holiday schedule. I just had a death in the family, and next week my kids are coming down for Thanksgiving along with the grandkids. I will be posting this Sunday though. I am so sorry for your loss, Sal. it's always upsetting even when it's expected. I hope you enjoy your Thanksgiving with your kids and grandchildren, I'm sure it will be lovely for you. We don't have a Thanksgiving here, but we do have a Harvest Festival where we give thanks for the harvest. Hugs and love, my friend. xxx

Wow, what a lot of very different scenes in this post. There's our great forensic anthropologist meeting with Mike and I hope that there aren't anyone else's fingerprints unless "Death" has fingerprints. Then there's the conversation about Kens' new job. Then there's that awful villain appearing to get his way with a million dollars! And then there are wedding preparations. I thought the bloggers' advice about seating was humorous!

Curiouser and curiouser! Just who IS the mysterious Dr. Ziegler? And how will the trap close on Tony Alfanzi?

Who was the mysterious apparition who felled Eugene Izard -- a figment of his imagination, or someone more sinister? If yes, how could that individual be sure their charade would lead to Izard's sudden demise?

A few suggestions for revisions:

Thank you so much for the wonderful review and kind compliments. I?m so glad you enjoyed it. I appreciate the critique as I always do and I made the improvements. I appreciate you so much.

Susie Fleming is marrying Lieutenant Miles Jean-Baptiste. Detective Mike Lembowsky is single. I?m still hopeful for him too. Maybe in the upcoming book?.

Woops! I got my law enforcement officers mixed up. Good thing I wasn't sending the happy couple a wedding card! Love and blessings, Mary Kay xoxo
