This really struck my heart as it reminded me of my grandma who passed a month ago. Made me think about all the time I did and didn't spend with her and how precious life is. thank you.

Thank you for your best wishes in the contest! I try to thank God every day for who and what is in my life;-) I've asked Him humbly to allow me to live so my kids can get to know the me that I always should've been and was created to be. I'm keeping my fingers crossed on that one but God is good!

The sentence structure and message throughout and rhyming at the end are excellent. No matter what age you are time has its impact on 'Life'. The saying that "Time waits for no one" is ever a reality. From a baby waiting to be born until one's life's end. As you highlighted in your poem there is never enough time and many would wish that we could have more. Your choice of art and the wording supports your poetry well, along with the presentations' gold background. Living to be a hundred and three is a more doable blessing by today's health standards. Why isn't there more time? Your opening question and your comments of looking back and treasuring time that passes by so quickly, giving thanks and being grateful for life in spite of the mistakes, poor choices and what a blessing it is when we can have more happy memories of life experiences rather than unhappy ones. You have made some valid statements and I support that helping others as you travel along often confirms another well-known quote and I paraphrase that "our living, as a result, shall not be in vain". The latter has been the rewarding sentiment of many at their life's end. I wish you all the best as you continue to share your writing. Well done!
