Great question! Unless all the factions stop fighting and work together to build this country, it doesn't look good at all. It's all the false information hurled at each other. May God hear our prayers for healing for this country.

Thanks so much for your kind words and review. I'm afraid for this country, as many of us are. We used to be able to agree to disagree, but now it's as if we are two different people. I believe that what is happening is orchestrated by people who want to destroy this country, and we the people have got to put an end to it.

Amen. We can just keep praying. The use of the internet has both been a blessing (Bibles all over the world) and a curse (falsehoods proliferated through slanted media) May the Lord teach the children to be wise as they navigate the online world.

Great question. Excellent picture. If more people asked themselves this question perhaps we would also realize we share one world and build unity. We will need to become glorious in spiritual degrees even as we have aspired to material degrees.

Thank you Annette for your review and comments. I agree that more emphasis needs to be put on true spiritual priorities. We've enjoyed great material blessing in this country because at one time we honored God Almighty. We've been blinded by the very blessings we received and put more value on them than on the one who provided them.

Thank you Eunice for sharing your thoughts and for reviewing this piece. How easily we forget how little power we actually have. All it takes is a natural disaster to realize that God is in control and we are powerless to anything about whatever is happening at the time. I hope that these trying times will draw us nearer to Him, and for some it will, for others it won't. Part of having free will.

I agree. My son was away from God and l prayed and prayed for him and yesterday he was going to kill himself and God stopped him. He even ordered a bible yesterday and went to prayer meeting for the first time. You are so welcome.

Thank you Dolly for your review and comments. I hope that we can have honest elections this next go around. The party in power seems to be intent on skewing the elections in their favor, and if the votes aren't tallied honestly, the result will be predictable.

I can only comment as one From the outside looking in. Which relies heavily on the press reports obviously. You seem have one man to thank for that. he has stoked all the fires of discontent that he can and set everyone against each other in his insane attempt to hold onto power. It could force Europe to finally unite and stand as one... but I'm not convinced of that either. We live in chaotic times...

Thanks so much for your review and comments. I wish that it were just the president who was responsible for the trouble we're facing. There has been systematic chipping away at our republic for years, helped in part by greedy senators and congressmen who refuse to vote on term limits because they would have too much to lose. Our schools have become indoctrination centers, teaching our children to hate the very country they live in and sewing seeds of distrust. People have willingly stopped attending church, choosing instead to watch sports or whatever takes the place of God. We're on a down hill slide and we're accelerating to the bottom, and it's going to affect the whole world I fear. God help us all.
