A bit of a precarious situation I thinking. Is the car out back worth the risk... looks like it. even though it is hers she is shaking so I'm guessing wolf is not to be messed with and not a normal human(interesting).

Thank you for your involved review. You're coming in cold into this story. But fortunately this chapter can stand alone and be appreciated.
We are at the culmination of many adventures based upon the two ladies rescuing 10 Native teens from a trafficking operation.. I invite you to read the first 13 chapters in my portfolio about the rescue. Every chapter is suspenseful. There is no need to write a review. I just want you to treat it like a book you might read to enjoy. ***Spoiler *** Tommy, offers the ladies a place to rest & enjoy some of his cooking. He is on his way to a food festival & there is a traffic jam because of brush fires. The irony is he is the brother of one of the girls who are rescued. Enjoy it if you have the opportunity.

This is interesting. I love the added historical information. I was aware of the information but it thrilled me that it was present in your text. Often people are emersed in the Lincoln and slavery discussion (which is important) and forget about other living cultures and their histories. Thanks for the reminder. Your writing is tight. It is clear and this chapter has just the right amount of tension. I would love to know what happens next.

Thank you for your involved review. We are winding down, only a couple more chapters.

Wow, this was indeed a great continuation chapter, Liz. Poor Liz, Linda and Tommy have a challenge ahead of them. Wolf is definitely a narrow minded person who does know his stuff when it comes to vehicles. Liz feels the frustration and the need for her finding the correct information. Very well done and greatly enjoyed.

This is a virtual six...it is brilliant. You are an amazing engaging story teller and I really felt as if I was there as I read this. Certain part made me smile others gasp but I was never bored and was amazed at how skillfully it all flowed and how you have brought these characters to life a rare triumph. Well done love and hugs Meia xx

This garage man is really an interesting character; we have yet to know what makes him act in the strange way he does. I look forward to future chapters resolving this mystery.
On 12/26/1862 President Lincoln did in fact have 38 Indians hung in Minnesota. Your story brought this to me attention. I searched the internet and found this to be true. I never knew that.

Thank you for you appreciative, involved review. I was kind of stunned when I read about Lincoln. Then I think, why should anything in our distorted, hidden history surprise me.

That was good research on your part!
You are so welcome :)

Your keeping us worrying about these three, Liz. I'm glad they made it safely back to the garage. Now we hope Wolf will believe the car he has does belong to Liz and gets it repaired for them. It does seem a little odd that Tommy mentions Lincoln out of the blue. Perhaps adding something that made him think of that?
Still an interesting story.

Thank you for your involved review. Tommy wanted to distract Liz from being so hysterical, so he broached a topic he knew would get her attention. It was also another topic for the reader to be informed.

Ok, that makes sense.

This is an interesting section as they work to get Liz's car back. I found two things that you might want to change. (")They, look . . . " (and I wondered who said this line.) Also (")Well, we didn't find . . . " Best of luck with this.

Its sad when people are against another kind of people. There is nothing wrong with Natives. Actually I'm half native. No one has any right to pick on them. One is no better than the other. I'm glad she found her car. Now they may find a way out. Thank you for sharing. I liked it.

I sure will if I can get the time. MY BF will soon be home and I want to move from where I'm staying so bad. But I will try. Thank you so much.

I'm sure Liz will find her license. So glad it is her car. But this Wolf guy is rather suspicious.
I like that you added the information not taught in schools about Lincoln. I do think all our presidents did things that would appall us. Jackson and Wilson probably did more harm.
