Those are a few of my favorite things as well and like you, I've too many to list also. I like your list. I also like the picture that you used and now I'll have that song going through my head for the rest of the night. LOL I like the rhythm and rhyme as well. Good luck with the contest.

A very fun list that you like. Poetry, family, concert outings, lunch, Holidays, and pets are just a few that are popular. Going to church, praying and Bible study is great, too. The pandemic has calmed down a lot of these favorites.

What a Positive Mental Attitude you have. Your list of favorite things that make you happy is very similar to mine (but I'd substitute dogs for cats). I especially like stanza five because Nature makes me happy, too. Rod

Adorable poem...great artwork! I wish you luck in the contest. There are many small things that can bring us happiness, we just seem to remember the bigger things. This poem is very well-written...rhyme is very good.

First of all I like the lay out of the poem, and your smart use of various colors. I like the way you describe the trees as being 'stately.' And the 'smell of rain.'
