I love the underlying current of humour in the way you present your choices of what makes you happy.
I certainly identify with the things that make you happy.
I like the almost jaunty rhythm of the poem and the perfect rhyme.

A nice poem. The rhyme scheme is good. The list is normal things which makes it special. The language is conversational and warm.
Suggestions:

For things that make me happy,
The word choice for doesn't seem to fit. Perhaps these ore some would work better.
