I liked your list of favorite things - doing things around the house; holidays; when hurricanes move the other way.

This stanza stood out:

When I can lend a helping hand
To someone who's not whole.
When I can feel the Grace of God
Way down deep in my soul.

There is so much to be grateful for! God has been very generous. So, there is no reason not to be happy very day.

This is a delightful poem on what makes you happy.
I enjoyed the amusing side to this piece and certainly
agree with the third stanza. It's the little things in life

This is a very upbeat, cheerful poem, giving us a list of many things that make you happy, and it even puts a smile on my face. The rhymes and rhythm are good, and you have quite a varied list of items that bring happiness to your soul. This is a very well written poem, with a great picture to go with it.

I've been pretty well 'flu or cold free for some time, but I won't rejoice in that, it's certainly not my perfection that does that, it's thanks be to God, I have no idea why some die young and others live on.
