Excellent

Those are truly thing that would induce a state of happiness. Sadly, they are as rare as hen's teeth. Someone telling the truth about something that is advertised as free, that means free of hidden conditions, hidden strings, etc. Directions that make sense and are easily understood, forget about it. This poem is delightful, but clearly written for fun's sake, as we are not likely to see these things take place in our lifetime.
