This is very endearing. The cats are sleeping with their paws around each other, and as you poem says, their tails do resemble a heart -- amazing picture! They may be (w)hoops that may be jammed. Hopefully the kitties will be set free of their prison of love.

I like your straightforward style of writing and you have chosen a fun picture - fits the topic perfectly. I love the pun, and the title "sometimes love hurts" - I don't see how the tails would be jammed here, but who cares, it definitely would hurt to have it jammed!
