I really like this, Raul. The issue of where do dogs go when they die is a serious one. They are such sweet, gentle, selfless animals. Exactly as humans should be. The deserve heaven much more than many humans.
It was smart of you to pick up on this in your flash. It's very original and I enjoyed it very much.

Fun story Raul. My husband has allergies so we don't have any doggies but I can just imagine pet lovers everywhere enjoying reading about Doggie Heaven.
Blessings

Spot on at 75 words. This is a cute story.
sugg:
Phil tried to figure out [why. All=>why all] the dogs were in line to go to their Heaven.
sugg: skip a line put this punchline in its own paragraph for max impact:
He walked out pondered where to be next.
He walked out [pondered=>PONDERING] where to be next.

Otherwise--all set. Good tweak!

A dog heaven, I'm sure to dog lovers this would be a dream come true... but then they are turned away and not allowed to enter dog heaven, that would be a hard one to take, so why did his soul end up there. Interesting!

Thank you! They made a mistake.

This is a positive Flash Fiction entry because the reader continues to think about it after reading the final line. There is much to contemplate...the joy of there being a doggie Heaven, and the answer to Phil's pondered question about the locality of his final destination. Very well written, my friend!

Good one Raul,
I could picture in my mind of our five dogs waiting to enter heaven.
Let the owners of the dogs go first. Every one will be happy.
Best to you Raul in the contest.

This is a compelling idea...a special heaven for dogs only. The dialogue in your story was clear and realistic. Your story had a great surprise ending. Best wishes in the contest.

LOL. That sound like something I might do. Get lost and can't find my way to the right Heaven for human beings. Great job! Thanks thanks for sharing another fine read, Raul. I wish I had a six.
