I can only imagine the devastation of your poor mind when you're suddenly caught up in a whirlwind of memories of all that you have been through. Yes, thank God He is always here for us and we can reach out to Him every day, no matter where we are.

Sometimes when I grieve I write and sometimes when I write I grieve.
