This was a very tender, lovely poem, Sandra. We need all remember we are individually not created to bear life's burdens alone. Whether we share our load with another, or whether we take the more courageous route and drop to our knees, unloading our burdens to a higher power. I'm so sorry to hear about your back. I can relate to back pain myself and have recently had to accept that I will have to live with it. It is endurable after all. You are amazing, Sandra. Thank you for being such a friend.

That is the problem, isn't it, we have to learn to live with it. Getting old doesn't help the problem, I think I'll stay the age I am now before it can get any worse!! Lol.

I'm having an MRI scan to see what's going on with my spine, it's crumbling in parts, has been for a few years, but this is something else that needs to be checked out. does us no favours we all seem to have aches and joint pain. I take magnesium at night also to help me sleep a night owl . Still we must keep up appearances lol
Hopefully our brains are OK ha ha although sometimes I wonder my memory at times is terrible but it always has been I remember riding my bike to school then walking home as I had forgotten i had ridden it Ha ha
