Hi. I really enjoyed reading about your beloved animals and the bond's between you. It's so great how close people can become with their pets, becoming very important in their lives. Like your dog Sallie: how incredible that she would know that you needed attention when your blood sugar was out of balance - that's extraordinary!! Good descriptive piece.
I did catch a couple of spelling errors I think. In the first paragraph "The list goes on to show that they each had they way to communicate". They way I think was meant to be "their way".
And also here: "The she would lay by my side, sort of rolled into me"

Oh, I wish I had the six stars for this marvelous story! I adore cats, always has them and did 10 years of animal rescue, saving cats on death row all across country.
Your black cat reminded me of my own cat Sabrina. She is quite a personality! Ironically, she claimed in my bath tub too several times, but she managed to get out on her own (lol).
Like you said, they have their own personalities and peculiarities, but they therapy to their humans.

An interesting and informative article. Just one tweak needed here:
'For example, Storm, after her third attempt to get in the hot tub was when I learned that I needed to provide her with a means to get out of the tub.' => A sentence should be capable of standing alone and this one doesn't as it stands at the moment.
