I enjoy the alliteration in the first and second lines. The near rhyme of woods and hooves is also interesting.
I like you use hooves to describe the feet of the bridge.

Another refined offering friend, one can see the horse an hear the crunching leaves as it passes by the bridge going across the creek. The picture is a great addition but your words were more than apt friend.

This is a lovely Haiku and the picture is as well. The imagery the poem evokes is brings back memories of long walks with my family along dirt roads that lead no where any longer.

Such a nice autumnal picture with sounds as well. I like the alliteration of the creaking cool creek. And we go back in time as the weathered bridge is crossed on horseback or in a carriage with the horse crunching on the crisp autumn leaves. Enjoyed!
