This is a good entry for the contest. The poem tells others not to cry for her because she's already crying enough for the both of you. Loneliness can be hard on a person. The picture you chose enhances your poem very well. Good luck with the contest.

I commend the Speaker for not seeking sympathy. Yet it would be difficult for most of us to leave her alone weeping over memories. Your SENYRU definitely expresses human emotion. Rod

I enjoyed reading this poem. I can feel the hurt and sorrow within just a few words. It captures the pain of someone's agony. It interests me to want to read more. It's dark poetry to it's finest.

This is a powerful and well written poem. It's poignant and whispers of pain beyond bearing. The picture accompanying it couldn't have been more appropriate. It is lonely and sad. I think that loneliness is quite possibly the worst of human emotions because it can be alleviated by loving attention and compassion, but all too often, it isn't. Good luck in the contest.

I really like this powerful, sensitive poem. It really captures the helplessness of loneliness and speaks to the overwhelming emotional trauma of loneliness in a life. Your picture was just perfect.
