Wow, this was amazing, Helene, that you took the time to address the concerns of other during this time. I loved the picture. You are right. Many are hurting for numerous reasons. I think writing is way for them to work through the hurt but sometimes when depression overwhelms you, you don't feel urge to do anything. I think those who can are helped by continuing to write. I will pray for all of them to find peace and healing.

Thank you, Beth! Dorothy had her surgery today and hope that went well. With all of us seniors, we need to keep holding up each other in prayer. Hugs!

The rispetto is clearly the right form for what you have written. The first stanza with its abab rhyme scheme, describes the problem and the 'request' section of the prayer is found, appropriately now we know the reason, in the second stanza in rhyming couplets.
