This is delightful! You've done a really good job with this. You really did your research here and included many different animals. I didnt know giraffes had an extra gut.
You have great rhymes and the poem flows smoothly. I dont know if you were trying to meter it or not but it sounds great as it is.

You list many favorite zoo animals in this poem. I can deal without seeing the snakes though when they are caged they don't scare me. I love the polar bear and the penguins.
