Oh. This is just so wrong. His "actress" telling him to leave her name out of it is way out of bounds! I feel so bad for your Matthew. Could he possibly find another actress? Real motivated actors can learn lines quickly! I do believe this is a setback but not an end. I will pray!

They were to start filming tomorrow and now she tells him (on his birthday) that she can only do three days and then she must learn lines for a Netflix film so they will have to finish at the end of the year. He told her he was shelving it till next year.... I am glad though it is a great script. I hate to see his dreams stomped on like that.

I'm sorry that Mathew, your youngest son, is facing difficult times in making his dream movie. Movie making is a very tricky line of business with many uncertainties at every step. I have friends in this line and I have attended meetings and shootings and have seen frustration pouring out from every one concerned. I am sure that with your prayers, he will find ways and means to complete the project. God promises us in His Word that He hears every word that we pray to Him. It is a spiritual connection between you and Him. Don't worry about the actor. Karma will catch up with her. Think that this has happened for the better. God Bless.

He's working on getting through this and it's just so difficult when people accuse him and he has no control. Supposedly, the actress is coming back for a week or so and maybe he can get a few scenes done. We will see.

I'm sure the support that you give to him plays an important part in his life. If this woman isn't being honest, it will eventually come out. I wouldn't wait forever because she is costing time and money for all of the people involved in the film. They deserve to be considered in the outcome as well. The Lord has a plan. I bet on it.

Yes, she has put many people in very difficult decisions, costing, time and money. I pray she isn't lying, but I've met so many in the industry and it seems like that's a common practice. Thanks for your kindness.

In fact, she wants Matthew to take the blame for holding up filming, and not mention her part in the fiasco. My recommendation would be to fire her and pray for a new actress for the lead role, someone who is a true Christian, dedicated to the cause, dependable, and hard-working. I will bet that the Lord has someone picked out already, and that she will materialize very shortly.

This is a well written piece on your son. He hurts and is disappointed because so much of him is in a failed project. We see through a glass darkly and can't know the mind of God. It's his decision whether or not to continue his dream.

God put that same spirit and vision in Matthew. Evil spirits may want Matthew to STOP, and never become who God intends Matthew to be. I pray that doors open and helpful people come forward and that Matthew NEVER gives up on what God put in his heart to accomplish. Amen. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you for your kindness and prayers. The pot is still brewing and he's struggling so he doesn't lose everything. If he doesn't get it settled by this week, he is going to post for a new actress because many believe its his fault because he's not posting the true reason.
