This really touched my heart while reading. Hope everything is going well, I know how hard it is to lose someone. God be with all. Very good sentence structure and form, and very well written. R56ma3 Susan C.

Thank you very much Susan.
The idea of grieving poetry is Number One.
To help yourself personally.
And, Number Two.
To present it and possibly help others.

So deep of a poem. It reached deep in me, I felt the sadness, the desire to express what you're feeling and have gone through. Life is full of so many experiences and many are unfortunate and heartbreaking. Great writing. I liked the way you used the punctuations...it gave it more of an interest and life. Great work.

This is a well written and touching poem about the loss of a child. It also shows faith in the afterlife. I am sad for your loss. I like the use of quiet as a metaphor for a person being gone.
Sorry for your loss

We grieve in silence and sometimes it can be deafening as we fall into a period of numbness. We need this time to heal, a poignant write Ricky, love Dolly x

Thank you Dolly.
And, I made a solemn oath promise to my son Jason
Yes, on April Fool's Day 2003.
That no one would ever forget him or the contributions that he would make!
So in other Words?
I won't suffer in silence.
Ricky

This is a beautiful and a very emotional poem about your son's accident Doctor Ricky. From your author notes I am presuming Jason recovered. It is surprising what some can fight through. Thanks for sharing.

As you dig deeper into this by reading the letters and if she'll notice a statement about organ tissue donation which is what my son was and still is to this day as his heart and lungs and his two kidneys exist and three out of four people.
Thanks for your review and sharing.
