Thank you! though I missed so many of my family, I was grateful for the ones who can still share the day with me....even if I am the one who has to cook for two days. LOL

Very good piece on your birthday celebration. NO, it wasn't a bit much. If your birthday has passed, send yourself late birthday cards. Lots of cards!!! I did this last April when I turned 70. Some came from "far away" as several people who wrote were deceased. They did say some very nice things. I love this sentence -
I leave a basket of my shiniest smiles, my tightest hugs, a sky full of twinkling stars to brighten your nights, and rainbows to bless your day.
