Sally,

Now that is a pretty intense chapter! (Or portion of one.) Poor girl. We have to assume something tragic has happened to Agent Washburn - but man, I sure hope not. He's one of the really good guys! Maybe we will learn that he's okay?????

A couple of notes, if I may:
1.) A(t) no point did she dare to look back.

2.) Reaching the end of the property, she noticed the (barbed wire) had already been clipped.

Very nicely done and highly intriguing. I enjoyed!

Thank goodness, help came in time. Now to find out what happened to Washburn. Doesn't sound good, does it. A very riveting chapter, Sally. Thank you.

This was a very graphic sceen with all the guns being fired. I'm glad Analiese survived, but I'm wondering about the others after things got so quiet after the gun fire ended. I'm looking to more.

I've done it again, run out of sixes! This was treble six standard, Sal, I must remember to stack one away for you. This was so exciting, but is our agent dead? Ken did tell her to go if he didn't return, and it does seem that way. I'm so glad that Mike got to Analiese before the killer did, they desperately need her alive. This was a great chapter, my friend, very well done! :)) Sandra xxx

At the end of the last chapter I thought this was another case, but now you've tied them together and it's going to be a bit of a long ride perhaps. You imagery is wonderful, your dialogue natural. Well done, Sally.

When you were describing the large bull frogs, I thought, great an alligator will get her. LOL I enjoyed reading I really hope Ken made it, but I fear he did not. Author, can you figure someway for him to survive?????

Federal Agent Ken Washburn was concerned that he hadn't heard from his partner, Fred Samuels. (You can omit 'that')
