Your prayer is straight from your heart. Your lines read smoothly with good rhymes. I enjoyed reading your prayer though it is poignant, but not without help. Blessings to you Uncle.
Respectfully, Jan

Isn't it interesting I don't even know anyone who's contracted Covid, but I can understand why you are praying in written words for God to not only heal your uncle, but make your family aware of the wonders of knowing him. This is beautifully written my friend, well done, blessings my friend, Roy

Justin,
Bless your heart!!! I'm so sorry. This stupid, nasty, horrible virus has affected every family and every home in the country - well, the world, I guess - and doesn't show any signs of letting up, unfortunately. I will say a prayer right now that your uncle and your whole family will find peace and healing. Stay strong, my friend. At least you know where to go to for support and comfort. I can't imagine all the ones who have no hope. Hugs-

This is quite nice and you rhymed very well, the wording seems very natural. I'm no poet, but in some poems I read it is obvious the writer is reaching hard to make a rhyme. I hope your uncle has healed. You might want to put a comma after God each time you call on him.

This is a beautiful, expressive, skillfully written, deeply reverent prayer that conveys the pleas of SO many people. My daughter, son-in-law, and grandson are recovering from Covid. Son-in-law had it worst of the
three--plus surgery for a huge kidney stone!

A terrible affliction, we got the vaccine and still got the virus, just now coming out of it. Hope and pray your uncle pulls through. Thought as a nation we were coming out of the virus but now see another outbreak, all schools are closed here.
Frustrating that we will never know the answers to what and where.
